Assistant SSR
Job Purpose

The Assistant Service Sales Representative will assist the Service Sales Representative to effectively service customers on the route by picking-up and delivering products such as floor mats, dust mops, air fresheners, soaps, restroom paper supplies, and other ancillary products.

Responsibilities

  • Daily duties involve lifting, scanning, carrying, and walking clean products into and soiled products out of customer accounts, as well as occasionally driving a company owned vehicle to and from numerous customer stops throughout the course of the day.
  • Expresses self in a professional and effective manner when interacting with customers and partners.
  • Provides operational support by performing prescribed routine activities to assist with servicing the customer. Such as:
  • Deliver and store clean product at customer site
  • Pick up dirty product at customer site
  • Soil separate all dirty product by product type in route truck
  • Scan garments as required
  • Knowledge of delivery points at customer site
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.

Performs all other duties as assigned, including carrying out responsibilities, performing duties, using skills, and working in conditions necessary to perform all assigned tasks.
